Basic Leadership for Seniors and Future Leaders
This Jobagus.id course is for Indonesian workers with experience in Japan who are starting to guide others: as a senpai to newcomers, as a team leader (hanchou), or as a shift leader in caregiving, food processing, or manufacturing. You will learn to give clear instructions, teach with on-the-job training, give feedback and praise, build trust and psychological safety, set an example on safety, support newcomers' daily life within proper limits, and report to Japanese supervisors. Case studies show how these skills work on a real shift.
