Decision Making at Work
This course is for frontline workers and future team leaders in Japanese workplaces such as kaigo facilities, food factories and manufacturing plants. You will learn which decisions are yours and which need consultation, a simple six-step process based on facts, safety-first rules, and how to set priorities. You will also understand Japanese consensus methods such as nemawashi and ringi, recognize common thinking traps, and practise with case studies from the workplace and from daily life in Japan, including money, job change offers and brokers.
